When the transaction is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with the access link to play the game and the PIN to access the game. Be sure to share these two items with your group. We do not issue refunds or credits for any purchases made, including Digital Escape Games.
Play the game using any device with access to the internet. Be sure every player has the PIN and a device. The 24-hour game clock won’t start until at least 2 players have signed in.
There is no built in communication system, so you choose what form you would like to communicate with your group. Text, phone call, or video chat are all great ways. Communication is key since many puzzles are divided amongst players.
